WHAT DOES THE BIKINI BODY PROGRAM CONSIST OF?
Bikini Body is a 4-week total body program designed to lose fat, tone and focuses on achieving an hourglass figure while sculpting your body. There are 5 sessions per week comprised of HIIT cardio, legs, glutes, abs, and resistance training exercises. There’s a nutrition guide included with a list of foods to eat and everything you should avoid consuming during the program plus so much more!

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED FOR THIS PROGRAM?
You will need:
Resistance bands
Dumbbells
Skipping rope

ARE ANY MEAL IDEAS OR RECIPES INCLUDED IN THIS PROGRAM?
Yes! There are breakfast, lunch, dinner, smoothies, and snack recipes with cooking instructions provided.

HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS?
The duration of the workouts is between 45 minutes to 1 hour.

I'm Nekisha!

A few years ago I moved from Montreal, Canada to Toronto where I was exposed to a great some of the people living a very fit lifestyle, and in no time it rubbed off on me. I found myself in the gym daily accomplishing outstanding results which had numerous amounts of people asking me for my workout routine and my diet. The shock came in when I mentioned that my diet is 98% plant-based with seafood on occasion. That’s right, for 2.5 years now I don’t consume any meat, dairy or eggs yet manage to maintain my physique. I am no Guru, just a certified personal trainer with accumulated knowledge on what WORKS & what doesn’t.

With you, I would like to share simplified but effective workouts that compounded over time will give you the results that you weren’t sure were possible. It’s the perfect guide to inspire, motivate and keep you on track with your fitness goals! This is a 4 weeks program with 5 sessions each week.

I’ve put together some of my personal favourite HIIT cardio, glutes, and resistance training exercises in this program. PDF with video demonstrations Equipment needed for this guide:

Resistance bands Dumbbells/ Weighted household item such as 1L water bottles, water jug, detergent bottles etc Skipping rope ( mimicking skipping motion is fine if you don’t have one )

4 sets - 40 sec on 20 sec rest

(Each side where it applies) .

1️.) Plank variation

2️.)Lunge pulse to jump

3.) Plank toe taps

4️.) Inchworm walkouts with jump

5️.) Squat to high kick

6️.) Narrow to wide prisoner jump squats

7️.) 30 seconds each exercise without any rest in between. Once completed, rest 2 minutes then repeat one more time
