HER AMAZING 7 DAY JUMP ROPE CHALLENGE ALLOWED HER TO DROP ALL THIS WEIGHT
So early on in 2020 I was feeling bummed with the stay at home order. Like most of us I can't help but snack. I knew I needed to start exercising regardless of being quarantined. But how?
I was scrolling through youtube and came across several jump rope transformation video. I watched several videos from the Jump Rope Dudes and other Youtubers. So I found a jump rope that bought last year in the back of my closet and opened it for the first time.
I don’t know why I bought it. Probably a case of impulse shopping. I did it for one week, which I'll link a video of it down below, and was shocked at what happened.
Over the past 7 Daysnow I have been jump roping and losing weight. I lost weight and my waist got slimmer. I lost belly fat and had fun doing a cardio workout at home and outside. It took some time but i am so pleased at my results. I have since upgraded my $5 jump rope. My gym membership is now jump roping. -Claudi
